merpose /mirˈpōz/ n. Unusual posture seen in one cat, Charles Darwin Treibergs (also v. as in 'to merpose')

Here is an instruction in the art of merpose as interpreted by my dear human,
Kristie Couser (MER I miss her so much!).
The only thing missing is my blue-green argyle vest!

  1. and from the artist: i threw in some Curlz MT on his pocketwatch 'cos darwin would totally get his initials engraved but not realize that CurlzMT is no Edwardian Script ITC! the fob just sort of disappears into his fur, lol, if only he had a lil vest!

  3. yes. Ms. Couser, you should be informed that I appeared in my lyfe coach's thesis talk today, as an example of a 'small' 'social' cat. I am flattered (well, that is a lie-- I expect things like this all the time) to be included in a thesis talk, however, as many of you followers of Darwinsaysmer know, I am neither social nor am i small...
